Product Description
Robopac Masterplat Turntable Stretch Wrapping Machine is a semi-automatic wrapping solution developed to securely, stably, and economically wrap palletized products.
The machine is available with FRD mechanical brake or PGS motorized pre-stretch system options.
Thanks to the PGS pre-stretch system, the stretch film can be applied by extending it up to 300%.
This allows the film to be thinned up to 4 times, achieving up to 75% film savings.
In the FRD system, the film is tensioned in a controlled manner over the load with a mechanical brake, ensuring stable wrapping.
All wrapping parameters can be easily adjusted via the digital control panel, minimizing operator errors.
