About the Product
Our MOSCA TRC model is designed especially for the corrugated cardboard industry and can perform horizontal strapping at the end of the in-line line. This machine, which can be equipped with many additional options such as Top Printing, Table Size Extension, Side Support and Laser Sensor Application, uses an ultrasonic bonding system.
In the ultrasonic system, the straps are sealed together with sound waves and full lamination is achieved. Since there is no vibration and rubbing of the straps against each other, the accumulation of strap dust inside the machine is almost zero.
Since there is no melting process with a resistance during strapping, the strap breaking strength always remains strong.
