In semi-automatic machines, when the forklift operator leaves the pallet on the rotary table, he gets off the forklift, connects one end of the stretch film to the pallet block, presses start on the screen and the machine stretches, then cuts the remaining stretch film with a cutter knife, completes the stretching process and takes the pallet back.

In the Technoplat model;

The product brought to be stretched is left on the rotary table by the forklift operator. The stretching process is started by the operator with remote control without getting off the forklift. At the end of the fully automatic, hands-free cutting and sticking stretching, the forklift operator takes the pallet back without getting off the forklift. In this way, half the time is saved per pallet compared to semi-automatic systems.

Thanks to the dual-motor 400% pre-stretching system that can be adjusted from the screen on it, the stretch film is thinned 5 times and winding is provided. Thanks to this feature, you can use 1 meter of stretch film as 5 meters.
