Robopac ROTOTECH model is our most advanced model among rotary arm machines. Thanks to its fully automatic cutting and gluing unit, the forklift operator starts the stretching process with remote control without getting off the forklift. In this way, the fastest stretching is achieved by saving time such as cutting and gluing or attaching the first stretch film to the pallet.
Our machine with a 400% pre-stretching unit has a dual motor, pre-stretching adjustable from the screen and a MultiLevel control system.
With the MultiLevel control system, the wrapping can be intervened from 9 different points of the product on the pallet.
For example, when it comes to the second layer of the wrapping, you can create the recipe with different combinations such as making the final tension 50%, pre-stretching 250%, making the rotary arm speed 10 Rpm and wrapping this layer 9 times. After doing all these, you can save this recipe in memory by naming it “BOXED WINDING”. There are 12 memories on the machine and all controls of the machine can be closed with a key lock. Key locks are of great importance for machine and winding safety.
