Robopac Rotoplat Table Stretch Machine

Robopac Rotoplat Table Stretching Machine has a Multilevel control system. You can divide the entire pallet you want to stretch into 9 different layers and adjust features such as rotary table speed, stretching, pre-stretching, roping unit in these layers.

There are exactly 12 memories in our Robopac Rotoplat model. You can give names to the memories and lock the screen. Thus, for example, when you click on the memory named “BARREL”, your barrel-type products will be called from the system, and when you click on the memory you named “BOX”, your box-type products will be called from the stretch programs. Thanks to the locked screen, unauthorized personnel will not change the wrapping and disrupt the stabilization. With the double-motor 400% pre-stretching system adjustable from the screen on it, the wrapping is provided by thinning the stretch film by 5 times. Thanks to this feature, you can use 1 meter of stretch film as 5 meters. Thanks to the tensioning feature that can be adjusted from the digital screen, the possibility of tearing of the stretch film is minimized by tensioning your product on the pallet from 9 different points. A ramp can be added to the machine for the pallet truck entrance or the machine can be buried in the ground. Another feature of the machine is that it wraps the stretch film by making a knot at the desired point. Thanks to this feature, the product stands as a single piece as if it was strapped horizontally.
