Robopac Robot Master 80 Mobile Stretch Wrapping Machine is a battery-powered, fully autonomous wrapping robot that moves around palletized loads to wrap them without the need for a fixed wrapping station.
Equipped with an 80 Ah AGV battery, this model can perform uninterrupted wrapping of up to 150 pallets on a full charge.
Robot Master 80 operates with FRD mechanical brake and FR digital tensioning systems.
The FRD system applies mechanical braking to tension the stretch film on the product;
while with the FR digital tensioning system, the stretch film is digitally adjusted via the display to provide controlled tension and stretching effect on the load.
With its lockable control panel, digital speed adjustments, and compact design, Robot Master 80 offers maximum flexibility in warehouses, production areas, and logistics environments.
