Robopac Robot Master 110 Mobile Stretch Wrapping Machine is a high-capacity, fully autonomous mobile wrapping robot that wraps pallets by moving around them without the need for a fixed stretch wrapping line.
Equipped with a 110 Ah Lead-Acid battery, this model can perform uninterrupted wrapping of up to 250 pallets on a full charge.
Robot Master 110 offers three different tensioning system options: FRD mechanical brake, FR digital tensioning, and PDS digital pre-stretch.
The FRD system applies mechanical braking to tension the film on the product;
while in FR and PDS systems, the stretch film is digitally adjusted via the control panel and applied with controlled tension.
With the PDS pre-stretch system, the stretch film can be extended up to 250%, achieving up to 3.5x film savings.
Thanks to its lockable control panel and digital speed adjustments, Robot Master 110 delivers maximum safety and efficiency for intensive industrial use.
