Product Description
Robopac Pack Series Manual Chamber Film Wrapping + Shrink Machine is a compact shrink packaging solution that combines film wrapping and shrinking processes within a single integrated system.
With its manual chamber-type loading structure, products are placed inside the chamber by the operator and wrapped with film.
The sealing process is performed using the “L-sealing system” integrated into the frame.
After sealing, the product is automatically transferred via a conveyor belt to the heat shrink tunnel.
Inside the tunnel, the film tightly conforms to the product, completing the shrink process.
Once finished, the product exits the tunnel automatically and is discharged via the conveyor system.
The Pack series consists of four models: PACK 5040M, PACK 6050M, PACK 5040A, and PACK 6050A.
In “M” models, the chamber is closed manually by the operator, while in “A” models, the chamber closing is pedal-controlled for easier operation.
