Light and bulky products are thrown away from the rotary table by centrifugal force during stretching. We can prevent this situation in two ways. By reducing the machine's rotary table speed and by adding a top pressure unit to the machine. In these pneumatically operated systems, the piston is activated after the start is given on the screen before the machine starts stretching and the top pressure unit presses the product on the pallet against the rotary table. In this way, the product remains as a single piece and the stretching process is started in the most correct way.

Thanks to the 300% pre-stretching system on the Robopac Masterplat Table Stretching Machine, the stretch film is thinned 4 times and the wrapping is provided. Therefore, you can use 1 meter of stretch film as 4 meters and thus save 4 times on stretch film.
