About the Product
Our Mosca KR-ZV model is a machine designed as a pallet strapping machine. The spears passing between the pallet wedges are mobile. In this way, after one hoop is thrown, the spear comes back from the pallet wedges for the next hoop and waits ready to throw the second hoop.
These machines, which have a wide range of products from 700*1000 mm frame sizes to 1500*2800 mm frame sizes, have an ultrasonic bonding system.
In all our models with ultrasonic sound wave bonding system, the welding process is carried out with a frequency of 40,000 sound waves in 1 second at a range of 0.5 microns. In this way, two hoops are sealed on top of each other and the strength rate is up to 95%.
In our standard model with 900*1400 frame, 6 hoops can be thrown in 1 minute.
