Mosca Side Welded Strap Machine Sonixs MS6

Our Mosca MS-6 model is produced in two different types as MS6 and MS6 KR.

In both of these models, the bonding and tensioning system is on the side, making the machine serial. In our models, where the number of hoops varies according to the frame size, a maximum of 52 hoops are thrown in 1 minute. Our frame variety has a very wide scale between 450*450mm and 2400*2400 mm.

In these models, which are used in many areas from white goods to the automotive sector, the welding process is done with the soniXs system.

Thanks to the soniXs system, which is an ultrasonic bonding system, the hoops are sealed to each other with sound waves and full lamination is provided.

This bonding system, which does not have the problem of dust accumulation and resistance change, is Mosca's patented and award-winning bonding system.
