Our Mosca KZV 111 model is a single-spear model that straps the pallet from one side. There is no upper press system in this machine. In our KZV 111 model, which can throw 1 strap in 12 seconds, the strapping process is completed by passing the spear through the pallet wedges.

The ultrasonic bonding system is used as the standard bonding system. This bonding system is Mosca's patented bonding system and is resistant to dust and wear. SoniXs is the bonding system with the lowest head maintenance cost. This system, where two straps are sealed together without strap wear, provides 95% resistance in strap strength.
