Fully Automatic IN-LINE Strapping Machine – MCB-2XT

Mosca MCB machines are machines used to pack box bundles at the end of the In-Line line used in the corrugated cardboard industry.

In our single-head and double-head models, the box bundles coming out of the In-Line are strapped in the vertical direction. These machines, which can strap up to 27 bundles in 1 minute, have many options such as a spare strapping chamber, small product strapping, front-back fast conveyor carriers.

In our machines working with 5mm wide straps, strap thickness can be reduced to 0.35mm. In this way, it gains advantage in strapping cost by using 8000 meters of strap in 1 reel.

Our machines, which have 2 different types of 1300 and 1600 mm sizes, have a Siemens touch panel.
